Woodstock Power Company is growing and a new role has opened! We are looking to hire a generator service sales executive who will be responsible of growing Woodstock Power Co. service and planned maintenance program. With a strong nationwide presence, we are looking to continue growing our local footprint and serving more client in the tristate areas. This is a full time position in house / hybrid position.

Woodstock Power Company is a leading provider of new and used generators, transfer switches, generator rentals and (hopefully soon) maintenance services. With a focus on commercial and industrial applications, we serve clients nationwide including fortune 500 companies, data centers, healthcare facilities, new construction, agriculture, and many more.
Role Description
A few of the main responsibilities of this positions are:
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new service contract opportunities for generator services and planned maintenance contracts in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and surrounding areas.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers, expand the service contract portfolio, and increase overall revenue. Set realistic KPI's and achieve them.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service while continuing to identify new opportunities. Set personal meetings, attend trade shows and be active in industry related events.
Collaborate with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and service fulfillment for new and existing clients.
Creativity: complicated problems require creative solutions. Ability to think outside of the box, see through a problem and focus on solution. Our business is providing solutions to our customers, that's what makes us a valuable partner.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B service sales, preferably within the generator or rental equipment industry. Experience in generator planned maintenance sales is a big plus.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of power generation systems and equipment, with a strong focus on service and planned maintenance.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a hybrid work environment. We do not micromanage.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, social media and other online tools.
Clean driving record and willingness to travel regularly within our service area.
Benefits of this role:
Salary- $ 75,000 + based on experience
Commission: A competitive commission structure based on total sales and overall growth in addition to a yearly bonus and yearly salary review.
